My trip to Dublin, Ireland in 2013

Last night I came back from my weekend break to Dublin in Ireland.

It was a lovely weekend with very sunny skies and I have got sunburnt all over my cotton fur.

I drunk so much Guinness but a wee cuddly toy like myself can only handle a small glass at a time.

On Saturday morning I visited Trinity College. This college is formally known as the College of the Holy and Undivided Trinity of Queen Elizabeth and was founded in 1592.

The Campanile of Trinity College is a bell tower and one of its most iconic landmarks of the college grounds.

After visiting the college, I decided to play a prank and poured a bottle of bubbly bath into a fountain. It was funny!

I then went to the castle. However, because Ireland have the presidency of the EU at the moment, the castle is close to the public. The castle is being used for the EU presidency to host meetings and to function as a venue for eurocrats.

Thinking that the eurocrats were in the castle, I decided to flash my bum at the castle hoping that the eurocrats would see my rude gesture. I then did a fart at them! A wet one too!

After my rude gesture, I visited Christ Church Cathedral also known as the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity. The cathedral is the elder of Dublin two medieval cathedrals, the other being St Patrick’s Cathedral.

Christ Church is officially claimed as the seat (cathedra) of both the Church of Ireland and Roman Catholic archbishops of Dublin.

After all the sightseeing, I wanted to get drunk on Guinness. I visited the Guinness Storehouse. Expensive to get in, but you get to see how Guinness is made and get a wee pint of Guinness. For cuddly toy, a pint is a lot (it is the same weight as I am).

I was feeling very drunk by now but wanted to keep on drinking. So I visited the Temple Bar. This strip has many bars and club and is a sight full of drunken hen party goers.

I was planning to get wasted tonight.

The local Garda swept me off the street and arrested me for being drunken disorderly cuddly toy.

I spent the night in the cells.

I was released the next morning.

After taking my hangover cure of raw eggs and cheese I flew back to Scotland.
